The Mysore Palace is a three storeyed building with a length of 245 feet and breadth of 156 feet. There is a gold -plated dome about 145 feet in the open courtyard. The palace's front side is a wide open space. 'Gombe Thotti' or the Doll's Pavilion is from where the visitor enters the palace.
HASSAN
Hassan is a city and district headquarter of Hassan district in Karnataka. Hassan dates from beginnings of the Hoysala Empire in the 11th century.[6][7] Hoysala Empire ruled this city for a long time and their influence can be seen in the art and inscriptions on the different monuments such as in Halebidu, Belur and Shravanabelagola.
