HOGENNAKKAL
It’s an all year waterfalls, frequently visited by tourists. Considered to be a picturesque and tranquil picnic spot, here you will also find the Hogennakkal Falls.Situated in the banks of river Cauvery and find yourself one with the Supreme Being.
COURTALLAM
Known for their medicinal and curative properties, the Courtallam waterfalls are a group of 9 dazzling waterfalls which includes the famous Main Falls, Old Falls, Five Falls, and Shenbakadevi Falls.
PABANASAM
As is evident from its name, the Papanasam Temple is believed to be a holy site which can rid you of all your sins, especially if you go there after bathing in the Tamirabarani River passing by.
THIRPARAPPU
Thirparappu water falls is a beautiful and elegant waterfall on the Kodayar river. It is a very popular tourist destination and is jam packed at almost all times! Thirparappu waterfall is located about 60KM from Kanyakumari. The waterfalls is about 300feet long and drops to a depth of about 50 feet. There is also a small swimming pool near the waterfalls for children. There is also a temple dedicated to Lord Mahadeva nearby.
